Shipping Policy

 

All orders are shipped F.O.B. factory Chicago, IL. The customer is to pay all shipping charges. All orders below $25.00 will incur an additional $5.00 per order charge.

Shipping method is per the requirements of the customer (e.g. UPS, Truck, Air, Ocean, etc.)

 

SHORTAGES, DAMAGES and RETURNS:

 

Shortages must be reported to this office within 3 days of actual receipt. No unauthorized deductions will be allowed from invoices. To return an item, please call for authorization. No returns will be accepted freight collect.

 

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

 

All first orders are Credit Card only (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express) – or Paid in Advance – unless other arrangements have been pre-arranged. All customer accounts must have a Credit Card on file.
