Shipping Policy

 

All orders are shipped F.O.B. factory Chicago, IL. The customer is to pay all shipping charges.

Any order of $15.00 or less will incur an additional fee of $10.00 plus shipping and handling.

Any order of $25.00 or less will incur an additional fee of $7.50 plus shipping and handling.

Any order of $50.00 or less will incur an additional fee of $6.00 plus shipping and handling.

Any order of $51.00 or more will not incur any additional fee plus shipping and handling.

All shipping charges quoted on this website are for UPS. Other shipping methods are available. Please call Erie for information and charges for other shipping methods.

Shipping method is per the requirements of the customer (e.g. UPS, Truck, Air, Ocean, etc.)

 

SHORTAGES, DAMAGES and RETURNS:

 

Shortages must be reported to this office within 3 days of actual receipt. No unauthorized deductions will be allowed from invoices. To return an item, please call for authorization. No returns will be accepted freight collect.

All first orders are Credit Card only (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express) – or Electronic Wire Transfer. Orders may also be Paid in Advance.

Unless other arrangements have been pre-approved.

All first orders are Electronic Wire Transfer only. Orders must be Paid in Advance.
